After the consultation, we provide a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope, services, and next steps so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.

We begin by documenting the existing space through detailed measurements and comprehensive photos. This allows us to create an accurate “as-built” plan that forms the foundation for all design work moving forward.

Next, we develop a floor plan or several, that explore layout possibilities and flow. After reviewing your preferences and feedback, we refine everything into one cohesive, optimized plan.

With the layout established, we create initial 2D elevations and design concepts. These illustrate cabinetry ideas, spatial details, and the overall direction for materials, finishes, fixtures, and visual style.

All drawings, specifications, and selections are finalized and compiled into a comprehensive project package. At this stage, we also prepare and submit the materials required for permitting, managing the process on your behalf to ensure everything is properly reviewed and approved. By the end of this phase, every detail is documented and ready for construction.

Before construction begins, we will review the project with your contractor and stay connected throughout the process to ensure the final result reflects the approved vision.
